Although the pop-up page is actually loading when it's hidden, End Pop Task still saves your bandwidth. That's because pop-ups are closed automatically after a few seconds, as mentioned before, even if they didn't complete loading. End Pop Task also hides one pop-up at a time and blocks the others, it's very rare that a good site will display more than one good pop-up at a time.

Because End Pop Task is a browser-independent engine, it can work on almost all browsers. For instance, to add RealPlayer Browser to EndTask, follow these steps:

1.  Open EndTask, choose 'End Pop Task' from the left panel.

2.  Choose 'Browsers List' Tab

3.  Click 'Add' button

4.  In 'Browser Path' type the path of RealPlayer program, say: c:\program files\real\realplayer\realplay.exe.

5.  Press 'Add' button; restart RealPlayer if it is already running.

Done! End Pop Task should now block pop-ups from RealPlayer Browser. If you are using Basic or Pro editions, you can simply run Real Player, right-click RealPlayer program in the 'Task Manager', and choose 'Send to Browsers List' instead of typing the path by yourself.

Can't be detected by webmasters

End Pop Task hides pop-ups instead of closing them instantly; consequently it can't be detected by webmasters. Some webmasters try to run a code on their page to check if you have a pop-up blocker installed in your system.
