END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR EndTask Pro: 

 - All copyrights to EndTask Pro are exclusively owned by Osama Abdel-Karim. 

 - Osama Abdel-Karim ("developer") hereby grants you ("user") a non-exclusive right to use EndTask Pro ("software") free of charge for an unlimited period if you: 

a) use the software exclusively at home for non-commercial or job-related purposes; 

b) are a student, teacher or belong in some other capacity to a non-profit organization or educational institution (schools, colleges or universities providing an all-round education); 

If you do not meet one of the two requirements for using the software free of charge, you can test it for up to fifteen days after the date you first installed it in order to decide whether you want to buy a license for the commercial usage of EndTask Pro. Once this period elapses, end users who do not meet the requirements specified in a) and b) above are only permitted to use the software after paying a license fee to EndTask Pro (for a "commercial license").

 - No copies or distribution of the Software or any portions thereof may be made by you or any person under your authority or control except for a single copy for backup purposes.

 - EndTask Pro IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS NOR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS AS A RESULT OF OR WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. 

 - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, nor transfer the licensed program, nor any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Osama Abdel-Karim. 

 - Installing and using EndTask Pro signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. 

 - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove EndTask Pro files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
