I use a modem to connect to the Internet using Microsoft Dial-Up Networking: Choose this option if you use Microsoft Dial-up Networking. Notice that the pop-up blocker and the Internet connection monitor will not be active until you connect to the Internet using dial-up connection.
- Internet Connection Cost: The definition for the Internet connection cost, EndTask approximats the connection duration  to the seconds sepcified.

EndTask calculates Internet cost as following, given:
            1) a number of seconds  2) the cost of these seconds  3) connection cost
The cost equals:  Connection cost + ( (The interval approximated to number of seconds /number of seconds) *   The cost of these seconds ).
  Example: if number of seconds = 60, the cost of these seconds = .02 and Connection cost =.03 . The cost of 130 seconds = .03 + ( (180/60) * .02)  = 0.09

If you have a different scheme, don't hesitate to let us know.
