Mini Tools  (Pro edition)

Introduction

To view Mini Tools, click Mini Tools button in the left toolbar in Main Window. Mini Tools is a collection of extra useful tools, it includes:
  • Smart Health and Internet Reminder.
  • Media-Existence check.
  • Tasks (Programs and Windows) Logger.
  • Powerful Start-up Manager.

Reminders Tab

Health Smart Reminder

This feature notifies you when you've worked too long on your computer. Windows Reminder count down is active only if there is activity on the computer; if the computer was inactive for a specified time, the Reminder will be dismissed.. 

Internet Reminder

Reminds you every specified interval passes while connecting to the Internet. This is very useful if you forget to disconnect. Or if you are the type of person who decides to navigate for a few minutes ... but they forget everything and keep navigating for hours!

Media Check (Commercial License Only)

This feature is very important for most Computer users. If this item is checked, EndTask will scan all your removal drives (Floppy disk, CD-Rom … etc) for any diskette on shutdown, and if it found any one, it will give you a warning message to notify you.

You can also add drives that you don't want EndTask to check. Simply type the drive letter in the box beside the Add button, and press Add. To delete a letter from the list, right-click it and choose Remove.

Processes and Windows History

Start, Stop or Pause Processes and Windows History feature.  

 

Windows Start-up Manager Tab

Allows you to manage programs that run at Windows start-up. You can:

  • Add/Delete/Edit any item.
  • Jump to it in the Task Manager or view Details about it.
  • Enable/Disable any item. When you disable an item you will prevent it from running at Windows start-up next time while not deleting the item entirely from the Registry.

To add a running program to start-up, select the desired program from Task Manager and choose Add/Jump to Windows Start-up. If the program already exists, EndTask will just select it 

Bold items in Start-up Manager means that the program is currently running.
